E2F6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, E2F6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 483 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible E2F6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-80P, RNU6-1085P, and PGBD4P2. Each is linked with E2F6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both E2F6-to-partner and partner-to-E2F6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-80P grouped by E2F6-low versus E2F6-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (E2F6→partner) and Y-score (partner→E2F6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
