E2F5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, E2F5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,718 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible E2F5-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMX3, LINC01718, and USP9YP2. Each is linked with E2F5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both E2F5-to-partner and partner-to-E2F5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMX3 grouped by E2F5-low versus E2F5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (E2F5→partner) and Y-score (partner→E2F5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
