E2F2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, E2F2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 375 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible E2F2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLEKHA5, RAB5IF, and AIMP2. Each is linked with E2F2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both E2F2-to-partner and partner-to-E2F2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, E2F2 versus PLEKHA5 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (E2F2→partner) and Y-score (partner→E2F2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
