E2F2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, E2F2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible E2F2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GZMK, LCN9, and OR2V2. Each is linked with E2F2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both E2F2-to-partner and partner-to-E2F2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GZMK grouped by E2F2-low versus E2F2-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (E2F2→partner) and Y-score (partner→E2F2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
