DZIP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DZIP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,516 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DZIP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYBB2P1, UBE2S, and RAD51C. Each is linked with DZIP3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DZIP3-to-partner and partner-to-DZIP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DZIP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DZIP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
