DZIP1L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DZIP1L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,512 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DZIP1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCL13, TKT, and POC1A. Each is linked with DZIP1L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DZIP1L-to-partner and partner-to-DZIP1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CXCL13 grouped by DZIP1L-low versus DZIP1L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DZIP1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→DZIP1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
