Across TCGA patient cohorts, DZIP1L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DZIP1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, FoxM1, and ACVRL1. Each is linked with DZIP1L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DZIP1L-to-partner and partner-to-DZIP1L results are reported.
