DZIP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DZIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DZIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, ER-alpha, and INPP4B. Each is linked with DZIP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DZIP1-to-partner and partner-to-DZIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by DZIP1-low versus DZIP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DZIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DZIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
