DZANK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DZANK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DZANK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PROP1, BTBD17, and IZUMO3. Each is linked with DZANK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DZANK1-to-partner and partner-to-DZANK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PROP1 grouped by DZANK1-low versus DZANK1-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DZANK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DZANK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
