DYSF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DYSF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,350 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DYSF-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZPR1, DCLRE1B, and NCAPH. Each is linked with DYSF in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYSF-to-partner and partner-to-DYSF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZPR1 grouped by DYSF-low versus DYSF-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DYSF→partner) and Y-score (partner→DYSF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
