DYRK4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DYRK4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DYRK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, EGFR_pY1068, and Notch1. Each is linked with DYRK4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYRK4-to-partner and partner-to-DYRK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by DYRK4-low versus DYRK4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DYRK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DYRK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
