DYRK3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DYRK3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,512 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DYRK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SDE2, B3GALNT2, and NME7. Each is linked with DYRK3 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYRK3-to-partner and partner-to-DYRK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DYRK3 versus SDE2 in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DYRK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DYRK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
