DYRK3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DYRK3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,287 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DYRK3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAPKAPK2, ARFGEF1, and ZFP36L1. Each is linked with DYRK3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYRK3-to-partner and partner-to-DYRK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DYRK3 versus MAPKAPK2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DYRK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DYRK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
