DYRK3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DYRK3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DYRK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOP53, BAAT, and KLKB1. Each is linked with DYRK3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYRK3-to-partner and partner-to-DYRK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NOP53 grouped by DYRK3-low versus DYRK3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DYRK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DYRK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
