DYNLT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DYNLT3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 207 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DYNLT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU105C, RNU6-912P, and RNU6-14P. Each is linked with DYNLT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYNLT3-to-partner and partner-to-DYNLT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU105C grouped by DYNLT3-low versus DYNLT3-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DYNLT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DYNLT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
