DYNLT3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DYNLT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,785 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DYNLT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP6AP2, CXorf38, and COQ10B. Each is linked with DYNLT3 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYNLT3-to-partner and partner-to-DYNLT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DYNLT3 versus ATP6AP2 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DYNLT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DYNLT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
