Across TCGA patient cohorts, DYNLT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,166 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DYNLT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pyrimidine deoxyribonucleotide biosynthetic process, Pyrimidine nucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process, and Pyrimidine deoxyribonucleoside triphosphate metabolic process. Each is linked with DYNLT1 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYNLT1-to-partner and partner-to-DYNLT1 results are reported.
