DYNLT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DYNLT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 68 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DYNLT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6515, SNORD114-28, and RN7SKP178. Each is linked with DYNLT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYNLT1-to-partner and partner-to-DYNLT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6515 grouped by DYNLT1-low versus DYNLT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DYNLT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DYNLT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
