DYNLRB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DYNLRB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 886 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DYNLRB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCCIP, IGHD3-9, and IGHV3-49. Each is linked with DYNLRB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYNLRB2-to-partner and partner-to-DYNLRB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BCCIP grouped by DYNLRB2-low versus DYNLRB2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DYNLRB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DYNLRB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
