Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DYNLL2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DYNLL2 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher DYNLL2 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DYNLL2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and COAD show a favorable association.

CCRCC, COAD, and PDAC are the cancer types where DYNLL2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
