Across TCGA cell cohorts, DYNLL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,685 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DYNLL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are VEZF1, TLK2, and APPBP2. Each is linked with DYNLL2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYNLL2-to-partner and partner-to-DYNLL2 results are reported.
