Across TCGA cell cohorts, DYNLL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,971 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DYNLL2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of G1/S transition of mitotic cell cycle, Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription, elongation, and Epigenetic regulation of gene expression. Each is linked with DYNLL2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYNLL2-to-partner and partner-to-DYNLL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of G1/S transition of mitotic cell cycle grouped by DYNLL2-low versus DYNLL2-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
