Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DYNLL1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,752 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DYNLL1P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STON2, STON2_S227, and VILL_S773. Each is linked with DYNLL1P2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYNLL1P2-to-partner and partner-to-DYNLL1P2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DYNLL1P2 versus STON2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DYNLL1P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DYNLL1P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
