DYNLL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DYNLL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,905 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DYNLL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBE2H, PRRC2B, and PSIP1_S129. Each is linked with DYNLL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYNLL1-to-partner and partner-to-DYNLL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DYNLL1 versus UBE2H in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.24.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DYNLL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DYNLL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
