DYNLL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DYNLL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DYNLL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TVP23CP2, RN7SL147P, and RN7SL596P. Each is linked with DYNLL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYNLL1-to-partner and partner-to-DYNLL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TVP23CP2 grouped by DYNLL1-low versus DYNLL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DYNLL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DYNLL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
