Across TCGA cell cohorts, DYNLL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,747 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DYNLL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of ubiquitin protein ligase activity, Positive regulation of mitotic metaphase/anaphase transition, and Negative regulation of mitotic spindle assembly checkpoint signaling. Each is linked with DYNLL1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYNLL1-to-partner and partner-to-DYNLL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of ubiquitin protein ligase activity grouped by DYNLL1-low versus DYNLL1-high in BREAST.
