The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher DYNC2LI1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DYNC2LI1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRC, OV, and SCLC are the cancer types where DYNC2LI1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
