Across TCGA patient cohorts, DYNC2LI1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,873 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DYNC2LI1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP4_S696, TNFAIP8, and DOCK2. Each is linked with DYNC2LI1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYNC2LI1-to-partner and partner-to-DYNC2LI1 results are reported.
