Across TCGA cell cohorts, DYNC2LI1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,964 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DYNC2LI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFAP36, CCDC30, and SPATA17. Each is linked with DYNC2LI1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYNC2LI1-to-partner and partner-to-DYNC2LI1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DYNC2LI1 versus CFAP36 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
