Across TCGA cell cohorts, DYNC2LI1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,314 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DYNC2LI1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule-based transport, Intraciliary anterograde transport, and Intraciliary retrograde transport. Each is linked with DYNC2LI1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYNC2LI1-to-partner and partner-to-DYNC2LI1 results are reported.
