Across TCGA cell cohorts, DYNC2LI1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DYNC2LI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSG1L2, SLC22A9, and INSL5. Each is linked with DYNC2LI1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYNC2LI1-to-partner and partner-to-DYNC2LI1 results are reported.
