DYNC2I2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DYNC2I2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,126 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DYNC2I2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRM1, FEN1, and EHMT1. Each is linked with DYNC2I2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYNC2I2-to-partner and partner-to-DYNC2I2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DYNC2I2 versus RRM1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DYNC2I2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DYNC2I2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
