Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DYNC2I2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,040 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DYNC2I2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIR3DL1, MIR549A, and TRGJP2. Each is linked with DYNC2I2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYNC2I2-to-partner and partner-to-DYNC2I2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIR3DL1 grouped by DYNC2I2-low versus DYNC2I2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DYNC2I2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DYNC2I2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
