Across TCGA cell cohorts, DYNC2I2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,391 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DYNC2I2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cell cycle checkpoint, CTP salvage, and Meiotic chromosome condensation. Each is linked with DYNC2I2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYNC2I2-to-partner and partner-to-DYNC2I2 results are reported.
