Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, DYNC2I2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DYNC2I2-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP17L17, HK3, and ETV3L. Each is linked with DYNC2I2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYNC2I2-to-partner and partner-to-DYNC2I2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP17L17 grouped by DYNC2I2-low versus DYNC2I2-high in STOMACH.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DYNC2I2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DYNC2I2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
