Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DYNC2I1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,369 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DYNC2I1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IFT22, TXNDC5, and MYEF2. Each is linked with DYNC2I1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYNC2I1-to-partner and partner-to-DYNC2I1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DYNC2I1 versus IFT22 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DYNC2I1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DYNC2I1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
