Across TCGA cell cohorts, DYNC2I1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,460 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DYNC2I1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Intraciliary transport, Cilium movement involved in cell motility, and Pre-mRNA catabolic process. Each is linked with DYNC2I1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYNC2I1-to-partner and partner-to-DYNC2I1 results are reported.
