Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DYNC2H1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DYNC2H1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 13 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher DYNC2H1 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DYNC2H1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and GBM show a favorable association.
CCRCC, PDAC, and LSCC are the cancer types where DYNC2H1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
