Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DYNC1LI1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DYNC1LI1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher DYNC1LI1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DYNC1LI1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, ESCA, and COAD are the cancer types where DYNC1LI1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
