Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, DYNC1I2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 349 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DYNC1I2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP2R5D, ATP5PB, and GLIPR2. Each is linked with DYNC1I2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYNC1I2-to-partner and partner-to-DYNC1I2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPP2R5D grouped by DYNC1I2-low versus DYNC1I2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DYNC1I2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DYNC1I2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
