DYNC1H1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DYNC1H1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,295 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DYNC1H1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSP90AA1, MTA1, and CDC42BPB. Each is linked with DYNC1H1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYNC1H1-to-partner and partner-to-DYNC1H1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DYNC1H1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DYNC1H1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
