DYNC1H1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DYNC1H1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,126 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DYNC1H1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RDH11, BTBD7, and ERG28. Each is linked with DYNC1H1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYNC1H1-to-partner and partner-to-DYNC1H1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DYNC1H1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DYNC1H1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
