Across TCGA patient cohorts, DYNC1H1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 89 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DYNC1H1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with DYNC1H1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYNC1H1-to-partner and partner-to-DYNC1H1 results are reported.
