Across TCGA cell cohorts, DYNC1H1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,088 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DYNC1H1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein depolymerization, Microtubule nucleation, and Regulation of ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process. Each is linked with DYNC1H1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYNC1H1-to-partner and partner-to-DYNC1H1 results are reported.
