Across TCGA cell cohorts, DYNC1H1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,590 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DYNC1H1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC12A1, KCTD1, and MSH4. Each is linked with DYNC1H1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYNC1H1-to-partner and partner-to-DYNC1H1 results are reported.
