Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DYNAP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DYNAP data layer compared with 15 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher DYNAP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DYNAP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC and UCS are the cancer types where DYNAP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
