DYNAP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DYNAP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 286 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DYNAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are FUT10, EIF1, and RPS29P2. Each is linked with DYNAP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYNAP-to-partner and partner-to-DYNAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FUT10 grouped by DYNAP-low versus DYNAP-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DYNAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→DYNAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
