Across TCGA cell cohorts, DYM RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,284 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DYM-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of striated muscle cell apoptotic process, Positive regulation of cardiac muscle cell apoptotic process, and Positive regulation of cytokine-mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with DYM in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYM-to-partner and partner-to-DYM results are reported.
