Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, DYM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DYM-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP19-4, SCYGR8, and MRAP. Each is linked with DYM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYM-to-partner and partner-to-DYM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP19-4 grouped by DYM-low versus DYM-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DYM→partner) and Y-score (partner→DYM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
