DYDC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DYDC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,130 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DYDC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DYDC1, LRRC43, and C5orf49. Each is linked with DYDC2 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYDC2-to-partner and partner-to-DYDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DYDC2 versus DYDC1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DYDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DYDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
